Game Persona 4 Arena Ultimax launched in 2013. The fighting game was a Person fans wanted for a very long time, not just to continue the story Personality 4 and Game Persona 4 Arena but in which there are fighters from both Personality 3 and Personality 4. It was successful enough that Atlus even released ports for PC , PS4 , and Switch in 2022. That seems to be about to change, however.

To start EVO 2022, where Game Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Competition aside, members of the Arc System Works development team and Atlus are taking the stage to make an announcement. There is a catch, unfortunately. Not all platforms are on a Game Persona 4 Arena Ultimax the update will be received. Atlus has confirmed that only PC and PS4 will have access to the netcode rollback update. This is not surprising, however. Atlus promised net code rollback for Game Persona 4 Arena Ultimax this summer earlier in 2022. When it did, it made it clear that it would only be available on PC and PS4.

Update netcode for computer rollback Game Persona 4 Arena Ultimax also not fully available yet, as it is on PS4. It is fully accessible, but Game Persona 4 Arena Ultimax players will have to opt out of a beta version of the game to access it. To do that, Steam users will have to go into the properties of the game, find the betas in the second place of the menu, and then enter the code “p4auopenbeta03”. This will add Open Beta 3 to the dropdown menu.

A net return code is only expected from fighting games that are no longer released. It’s somewhat odd that the 2022 ports of the game didn’t include a net rollback code at launch, but Atlus probably felt the need to announce it was coming before the ports arrived.

The release of the Game Persona 4 Arena Ultimax ports on PC and PS4, along with the rollback netcode update, should ensure that the fighting game remains viable for high-level competition for years to come. Or, at the very least, it will remain viable until Atlus is able to deliver a sequel to the series, which fans are anxiously awaiting.

Game Persona 4 Arena Ultimax now available on PC, PS4, and Switch.
