Goku has been represented five times, not including his fusion with Vegeta as Vegito and Gogeta. These include his original form based on the Saiyan and Namek Sagas, his original Super Saiyan form, his Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (or Super Saiyan Blue) form, one version of Goku from Game Dragon Ball GT, and finally Ultra Instinct Goku.
